Bible Text: Galatians 6:12-16 | Pastor Keith Bergstrom
Eleanor Roosevelt asked, "What do you want out of life, and what are you doing about it?" The apostle Paul's answer would be to live for the cross of Christ (Galatians 6:14). The cross defeated the power of sin, death and the devil. The cross provides freedom, hope, forgiveness, life, peace and a bright future. The forgiveness of the cross opens the door to a relationship with God, as well as the door to close personal relationships. In marriage and close friendships, we need the forgiveness of the cross to stand between us. Missionary C.T. Studd challenges us with this: "Only one life, 'twill soon be past, only what's done for Christ will last."
