- Virtual Reality creates escapes, alternative realities. All moral options to rest and relax are good. "The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time."
- God commands us and wants us to rest (Exodus 20:8-11, Mark 6:31). A weekly day of rest is a gift from God (Mark 2:27).
- Deep, care-free rest comes from embracing the LORD as your Shepherd, (Psalm 23). The LORD, the Self-Existent One is your Shepherd. He protects, provides, directs, leads and cares for you.
