Bible Text: John 6:29-40 |

Christians are never perfect. We persist in sin even after years of faith in Christ. Does God get tired of that? How does Jesus treat us in our sin? He treats us with empathy, mercy and grace (Hebrews 4:14-16). He deals with all sinners, who come to Him, with gentleness (Hebrews 5:2). Jesus will most certainly never ever cast out His own (John 6:37). Human relationships tend to have limits on offense and damage done to the relationship. After enough pain and hurt we cut people off. Jesus doesn’t have such limits. If we are united with Christ and adopted into His family, nothing can un-unite or un-adopt us. What’s required of us is that we come to Jesus.
