Bible Text: 2 Kings 2:1-12 |

Henry Blackaby wrote: “God has limitless ways to accomplish His will.” God used Moses’ staff, a stick, to do a miracle. He used water to reveal who Jesus was. He used a small lunch to satisfy the hunger of thousands. These are inanimate objects! God used Balaam’s donkey, Elijah’s ravens, and the big fish swallowed Jonah. If God can use animals to accomplish His will, He can use you and me. God used a little slave girl to bring healing to Naaman the leper. He used the unbelieving King Cyrus to do God’s bidding.

The question is, will we be part of God’s activity, or will He find someone else? It’s a privilege and honor to be used by God. May we be privileged to be part of God’s activity in our world, starting at home!
