Deep down inside we can have soul/heart rest, like a small child resting comfortably in their mother's arms, even in the hectic pace of life. Psalm writer David, started by renouncing unhealthy, selfish pride. He humbled himself, then he chose to quiet himself and rest securely in the LORD's arms. He trusted God for all the things that were beyond his control. And then, having found this satisfying rest, David invited others to join in that rest. Rest in the LORD ... it's your choice!
