Stay true to God and His Word and you will be counter clockwise with the world. John writes a letter to the church of Laodicea notifying them: Jesus said, "you are neither hot nor cold. You are lukewarm." In the church of Laodicea, they had lost their vitality, values, vision and vestments. They had become lukewarm. Their desire and love of wealth and achievements made them spiritually blind. Jesus told them, "those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline." So church, let us not be lukewarm. Let us open our eyes, ears and hearts. Let us be intentional in our love for Christ and serving Christ and our community with the love of Christ.
