Series:

Pride closes the door to spiritual growth, but humility opens the door. Naaman was a proud Army commander, but he suffered from leprosy. Yet, through Elisha’s instructions, God miraculously healed him. Furthermore, the healing of his body humbled him and changed his heart. Naaman had a new, God focused, outlook. Jesus modeled that kind of God focused orientation when He humbly rode into Jerusalem, on a donkey, on this Palm Sunday. May we, as well, focus on God and others as we seek to live out humility.
