Bible Text: Luke 22:35-53 | Pastor Keith Bergstrom
Series: Luke: A Doctor's Insight
God wants us to have an ongoing commitment to prayer, not just in hard times but in all times. Prayer acknowledges we need God’s help, which is not necessarily easy for self-sufficient people to do. If we are committed to obeying God’s will, even in difficult times, then, when we know His will, the struggle is over. After we struggle in prayer to discern God’s will for the path ahead, then the way forward is clear. It may not be easy, but it’s clear, and God will give you the strength to follow through with His will. In trying times, talk to God in honest, vulnerable, submissive prayer, and he will guide your way.
